Updates for Tuesday May 3rd
Please have your poster files (as PDFs!) posted to Stellar by 9:00 a.m. tomorrow at the latest, as that is when I will be sending them to CopyTech to get them printed by the poster session on Thursday.
Also, I have uploaded a slightly modified syllabus. During class tomorrow we will be discussing the Howard Garnder reading (Anatomy of Leadership - available on Stellar), but we have decided not to discuss the John Gardner reading (not on Stellar).
I am available to respond to individual questions on posters by email tonight.
Best,
Scott

Final Presentations
Hi All--Thanks to those of you who were able to attend Amy and Atissa's presentation today.
Our first presentations are only one week away. Here is the order of presentations (please note the day you are presenting!).
May 6th:
Kristen and Daniel
Andrew and Lucas
Rachel and Jillian
Nadia and Tina K.
May 10th
Michel and Stephanie
Holly and Ru
Brenda, Mary, and Kathy
Matt and Jacqueline
Isabella and Julia
Areen, Molly, and Tina
Please post your presentation file to Stellar the night before your presentation.
Here are some guidelines for the presentations. Plan on making a 10 minute presentation, with 5 minutes for presentations. While all members of your team should help make the presentation, please make sure only one person is speaking at a time (as Atissa suggested today). Be sure to rehearse your presentation beforehand (YOUR PRESENTATION SLOT SHOULD NOT BE THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE DELIVERING THE PRESENTATION). Please refer to the presentation slides and storyboarding handout posted under the "Resources" section for further guidance from the CI-M staff.
And of course, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Best,
Scott

Corporations and Social Justice
Hi All--Thanks for a lively discussion in class today. Here is a link to the article I discussed regarding the response of large corporation to recent laws limiting the rights of LGBT workers. It also includes a brief look at the role of corporations during the Civil Rights era.

Again, I highly recommend the Financial Page by James Surowiecki.

CI-M Meetings
Hi All--I realize that we have been sending you lots of information, requests, due dates, and so on this week. I'm sending you one more, BUT I think that this will be helpful to you on your projects.
In addition to meeting with either me or Professor Sussman, we would like you to get some feedback and tips from Amy and Atissa as well. They are offering to meet you during several time blocks between April 28 and May 3. Please select a slot by clicking on this link and entering in your team name:
