And the offers you made as managers and team members in varying scenarios yielded some important insights.

Final Paper Improvisational Leadership/Daena Giardella Due May 13, 3pm

Hello Class members,
The prompts for your FInal Paper were posted at Stellar yesterday. Note that this paper is divided into 3 Sections with specific prompts for each section. We will discuss the paper in class today.

Please submit BOTH hard Copy and digital entry at Stellar (10 pages, 1.5 line spacing. Please number your pages).

The final paper is due Friday May 13 at 3pm.

NOTE: Submit Hard Copy in the Designated Box Located Outside My Office at E62-417 and PLEASE BE SURE TO ALSO SUBMIT A DIGITAL VERSION on Stellar as I may need to read your final paper on my laptop while teaching abroad.

The designated box will be there as of the Wednesday after our final class. Consult Ashley Langer, my administrative assistant, if you have any questions about delivering the paper to the box at my office or if you wish to deliver it personally to her. (alanger@mit.edu)

There was great participation during our last class. I very much appreciated the engaged dialogue around leading and "teaming" as it relates to building collaborative groups with psychological safety.
