Problem 2 clarification and picking up pset 4
Since problem 2 on the current pset has many sub-parts of varying difficulty, we have decided to make explicit the point values for the sub-parts of this problem. We want to highlight, in particular, that we believe that part 2.3 may be quite difficult and time-consuming, so we recommend focusing on the rest of the problem (and problem set) first.
Grades for pset 4 are now online. We will hand back the psets after class on Monday. After Monday’s class, uncollected pset 4 solutions will be available for pickup at the trays by 32-G6875A as usual (map here) and we will remove uncollected pset 3 solutions from the trays.

Another update to pset 5
Problem 2:
- Specified how the honest prover computes a witness both in the
protocol and in part 2.2.
- Fixed typos to read $NP \subseteq BPP$ and $NP \not\subseteq BPP$ in parts 2.2 and 2.3 respectively.
Problem 4:
- Corrected the group used for ElGamal encryption to be a
prime-order group. This may be useful for solving part 4.2.
