Three Readings Posted on Stellar (two optional, one required for final exam)

I've posted three documents on Stellar:

1) Equity Offering and IPO Chapter (Required): This is a six-page overview of the nuances and mechanics of public equity offerings. This will be useful for the final exam as it relates to our class on IPOs.

2) Pitchbook Q1 2018 Venture Monitor Report (Optional): This is a comprehensive 36-page report covering the US VC environment. For a TL;DR, read the one-page executive summary.

3) Pitchbook Q1 2018 VC Valuations (Optional): This is a 13-page summary of today's VC valuations.
