Letter grades

For some reason Stellar does not permit viewing of letter grades yet. However, you can now see your overall percentage, so can derive whether you passed the class.

Best,
Bohua

Final exam and course grades

Dear class,

The final exam and letter grades are now available on Stellar. Solutions to the final exam is also posted.

The average for the finals is 177/300, and the passing grade is 100/300 (although this is not used in the computation of your letter grade).

The C/D cutoff is 49.4%, and the D/F cutoff is 40% (we will not announce cutoffs between other letter grades). D is not passing for freshmen (but is passing for sophomores and above).

The instructors have to keep your final exam. If you want to look at your exam, you can schedule a time with your recitation instructor to do so in February (as many of them will be away during break and IAP).

Have a nice holiday!

Bohua
