Practice exam available
A practice exam for the course final exam is now available in the
Class Resources section of the Materials page. We will discuss this
practice exam in the May 13 recitation (unless we decide otherwise
in class Tuesday), at which time sample answers will be posted. The
real final exam is Monday May 17 at 1:30 in the classroom.

Case 4 available
The Portfolio Case (due May 6) is now available in the "Case
Materials" section of the Materials page. There is an
assignment pdf file, and an Excel template file. (Encorr is

NYC Lehman site change
Updated info: The REIT session with Lehman Bros on Friday will be
at 2:00 pm on the 8th Floor of 399 Park Avenue @ 53rd Street.
(Students should prepare PPT presentations of the Lincoln Case, as
some groups will be asked to present at the end of the session.)

CMBS info for NYC trip
Background information relevant to the CMBS presentation in New
York at CSFB is now available in the Class Resources Section of the
Materials Page. Please look this information over prior to the
Friday morning session. It is a single-asset CMBS deal on part of a
floating-rate short-term mortgage on the Seagram Building.
