Class - Riverfront N is now posted to Stellar.  Please remember that your written assignment must be posted to Stellar by 6:00 PM next Thursday night.  Also, if you are attending the NYC trip, please meet in the lobby of One New York Plaza in lower Manhattan by 6:15 PM next Thursday night.  In the event you cannot make the NYC trip, you must let us know by next Tuesday May 8th.

Class - The Forbearance Agreement has been posted to Stellar.  You'll see that this is titled Riverfront M... which is the same title as the last assignment.  Disregard.

In addition, we've posted an outline for the tax lecture.  Thanks.

Class:  The reading materials for the next two weeks have been posted to Stellar.   These materials will be sent to CopyTech this evening, so will likely be available for pick-up early next week.  Also, as a reminder, next week's class will be held on Wednesday, April 18th. 
 

Class - This is a reminder that the Retail Lease Negotiation will be held tomorrow, Tuesday April 3rd, at the Center for Real Estate from 6 to 9pm.

Class:  The retail lease negotiation session that was cancelled on the 8th has been rescheduled to Tuesday April 3rd (6:00 to 9:00 PM) at the Center for Real Estate (not the usual Sloan classroom).  Please let us know if you have questions.
