Preparation for May 1 Class

Hi all -

Tomorrow we'll be hearing about biotech IPOs from Jonathan. There's been a fair amount of press on these lately.

To prepare, please go to the Edgar SEC website (if you have trouble please let me know, but it's a good site to know your way around) and download the Radius and Rib X S-1 filings for their respective IPOs.
