2.184(U) 2.183J/9.34J(H)  Neural Control of Movement

Information: 

Quantitative knowledge of human sensory-motor behavior is important in a growing number of engineering applications (medical rehabilitation technology, athletic and military equipment, human-robot interaction, vehicle performance, etc.) This subject presents a quantitative, model-based description of how biomechanical and neu­ral factors interact in human sensory-motor behavior.

2.183J/9.34J (H-level graduate credit) meets with 2.184 (U credit). Graduate students will be expected to complete additional assignments.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of system dynamics and control at the level of 2.004 or 2.04A will be assumed; equivalent background (e.g. 2.151) will be accepted.

Your term project reports and any remaining homework assignments are available to be picked up from Marj Joss's office, room 3-144.
Sometime in early summer we will discard anything that hasn't been retrieved.

Goood work!

Great job on your term project presentations. As usual, students come up with really cool projects.
If you haven't already done so, please get your final report to me by close of business tomorrow (Friday).
I would also like to have an electronic copy of your report. Please let me know if you give me permission to use your term project report in a future offering of this class. Same applies to your presentation.
