Answers to Common Questions

Since my inbox is filling up WAAAY too fast for my own good:

1) Yes, there was a bug with the way we calculated Active Learning grades. It has been fixed, and your score now should be accurate.

2) Recitation participation grades are posted, however, they are kept private for faculty/staff for a number of reasons (ask me why over a beer sometime, and I'll be happy to regale you with tales...)

3) If your 'Free Late' score looks wonky, please email me AND your TA. Saves me time from having to hunt down who you are :)

I'll post any more answers to common questions as they come in.

Thanks all!

We've Finished Grading The Final

Hi all,
It took us about 7 hrs, but your grades for the final are now online, as well as your grades for every other part of the class (active learnings, psets (incl free lates) etc...) Please check to make sure that there aren't any discrepancies (and email me if there are, BEFORE 7am tomorrow morning).

You can pick up your final, and any other graded assignment from us in the TA office from 12 noon tomorrow until about 4p.

Thanks for a great semester all!

Split Example from Review

Hi all-
I promise you I'd code up split without using strObj.split(). It's posted up in the materials section under 'Quiz materials'. Good luck studying!

Another Stellar Success Story....

Chalk it up to stellar, but if you click on the url in your email, it goes to an invalid link.

Instead, copy paste it (tinyurl.com/100review), and it should work fine.
