End of term / HKN course evaluation survey
Dear all,
Congratulations to all for a fantastic set of projects and presentations today. As we mentioned at the end of the presentations today, we were thrilled to see so much novel research coming out of the groups. I can see several papers in the brewing here, and a whole new generation of computational biologists emerging! Congratulations!!
We also wanted to announce that the HKN course evaluation guide is now online for the course, and you can find it at sixweb.mit.edu .
Please take a few moments to complete the survey, and also answer some of the custom questions, as it helps us, the department, and future students in choosing their courses.
Please note: we have a single survey for both 6.047 and 6.878, so everyone should click on "6.878". I believe the direct link should be
something like: https://sixweb.mit.edu/student/evaluate/6.878-f2009
Many thanks!!

(2) Final presentations will be on Thursday at 11-12:30pm and 3-5pm. Please sign up at http://6047.wikispaces.com/FinalPresentations if you haven't done so already.
(3) The project write-up guidelines are now posted as an assignment on the Stellar website. Please submit your projects as a PDF there.
(4) I'll be holding office hours today (Friday) from 3:30pm-4:30pm in the Stata G8 reading room. A good time for trouble-shooting questions on the final project wrap-up. Come with concrete questions for feedback.
Thanks!
