Topics Covered: 

Introduction to array processing. Classical array processing (beamforming). Optimal array processing: MVDR, L-MMSE, max-SNR and MPDR beamformers, sensitivity to mismatch. Adaptive processing- sample covariance matrix, gradient methods, DMR, snapshot-deficient regime. Algorithms, performance analysis and applications are covered.

In problem 5.4, assume that propagation velocity in the medium is 1500m/s and the frequency is 15kHz.

Hi All,
As we just got through SMI-MPDR and didn't look at diagonal loading etc for it, please skip problem 5.5 on PS 5. We'll do it as part of PS 6 instead, where interpreting it may be easier for you.
