Information: 

Founder's Journey is now being offered again for Fall 2014!

The class offers the opportunity for students to see if they want to go into entrepreneurship and provides them with the skills necessary to do so. Also, students will get the chance to listen to well known founders speak about their own experiences while starting their companies.

Final Project Announcements

Just a few more reminders about the final projects:

1) There are no slides. You can have prompts or flashcards if so desired.

2) Please be on deck at the front of the room during the presentation prior to yours. Have your team name and the names of each team member on a piece of paper. You will give this card to Andrew before presenting for attendance purposes.

3) Pitches will be strictly enforced at 2 minutes. Please do not exceed the time limit.

4) Please arrive to class no later than 7:05pm. Pizza will be available from 6:50 onwards.

5) If you have any questions about grades, please come see the TAs at the end of class.

The last week of announcements!

A few things before the last class:

1) Remember to submit your final project!

2) The order for presentations has been posted to Stellar. If you do not see your name or are a part of the wrong group, please email fj-ta@mit.edu as soon as possible.

3)The layout of the class is as follows:
-There will be 3 awesome audience choice prizes at the end of class (that come with extra credit when won)!
-Pitches are two minutes. We will be timing pitches and cutting people off at the two minute mark, so do not exceed the time limit!
-Only one person may pitch per team.
-Pitches will be followed by a minute of questioning.

4) Please fill out subject evaluations!

Homework: Continue to work on your final project. It’s important to remember that you cannot finish this project overnight - there’s a fair bit of pre-work that you need to complete before beginning the writeups. The earlier you start, the better.
