Hi Class,

Correction: Sorry for the error L-Z, you have no more deliverables due. Good job for completing all your assignments!

Tuesday, December 13 is the last class in Managing in Adversity
this semester. Please remember to fill out the course
evaluation!

A few additional announcements:
- A-K has slides due on Bob Weiler's Phase Forward case -- due
Monday at 8 pm on Stellar and stapled hardcopy in class.
- Per Se and ENO cases will be available for pick-up before/after
class on Tuesday. Any remaining hardcopies will be discarded after
Wednesday 12/14.
- An optional article, "How to Soften the Blow of Bad
News," from the WSJ has been posted to Stellar.
- Any late work must be submitted in class on Tuesday for
consideration.
