Two clarifications

Hi,

If you are reading Lecture note 24 or solution to Pset 10, two mistakes have been identified:
- bandwidth is -3dB below your magnitude at 0 frequency (rather than -7dB);
- Pset 10, problem 2, part 3, magnitude slope should be -80dB/dec at hight frequency (rather than -60).
They have been updated on Stellar.

Solutions to previous final exams

Hi class,

As you may have noticed, there are few mistakes in the solutions to previous finals. Thanks to help from all of you, here is an incomprehensive list that we have discovered so far:
- Fall 2014 Problem 2: see separate solution on Stellar
- Fall 2014 Problem 1, part 2: PM should be 270 instead of 90.
- Fall 2014 Problem 3, part 1: PM should be +infinity instead of 180.
- Fall 2013 Problem 3: see separate solution on Stellar
- Fall 2011: the numbering of problems in solution is different from that in problem statements. Problem 1 in exam is problem 2 in solution etc. And the last problem in exam is the 1st problem in solution.
Please let me know if there is anything else that you think doesn't make sense in the solutions.

Review session problems

Hi class,

Notes from review session have been uploaded on Stellar. You are encouraged to try the exercises we didn't go into detail today. Also, if you are working on Fall 2014 final, the original solution to prob 2 is wrong, I have uploaded a revision.
