End-of-term logistics

Hi folks,

There will tentatively be one more recitation on Wednesday, Dec 12 covering miscellaneous topics related to digital communications (no class on Monday). I would love to hear what you guys want to explore more. Please fill in the form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc14qehbirZxqK-NzJRmr3-UmSIZsbnjZCA0q0ZI_AUew26aw/viewform by this Sunday, Dec 9 so that I could prepare them.

All problem set solutions have been posted to the stellar. Problem Set 9 will be graded by this Saturday and can be picked up by appointment or on Wednesday. Please check your scores on the grade book and let me know any inconsistency (if exists). If you have any question or need any help, the office hours can be appointed by email.

Lastly, note that the final exam will be held on Monday, Dec 17 from 9.00am-12.00pm in 36-155 (our regular classroom).

Good luck!

Problem set 4 due date shift

Hi class,

The problem set 4 due date is now Oct 17, instead of Oct 10. This will allow you to have enough time to fully read the book and think over the problems. The next recitation is on Oct 12 and will cover Chapter 4 and some part of Chapter 5. Problem set 5 will be given on Oct 10 and due on Oct 22. Please start the problem set without waiting until the new due date (chapter 4 is pretty dense). If you want some help, you can send me an email or appoint me a meeting (I'm here over the short break). Thanks!
