PS 4
I have posted PS4. It is due next Friday (May 9th), during recitation (no late PS will be accepted this time). I'll be posting solutions to PS3 as soon as I receive them all.
Clarifications from recitation today:
Neutrality - any change in the level of M, that is matched by a proportional change in prices so that M/P does not change, does not affect steady state values.
Superneutrality - steady state values of Y, K, and C are independent of the inflation rate. So money is not only neutral in level but also in its growth rate. This is a stronger concept.
Have a nice weekend!
