As announced during the last day of class. We will hold an *optional* lecture and end of course discussion tomorrow from 6 PM to 8 PM in our regular class room (E51-057). Pizza will be served. The topics: Optimization Applied to Video Processing. I'd also like to hear your opinions about how 15.094 could evolve or change in the future.

Recitation Rescheduled and Homework Update
Hi Class,
Because I have a time conflict with a prior commitment, I am rescheduling the recitation today to extra office hours on Monday from 4 to 5pm (at 35-008). Sorry for the late notice.
Files for problems 3 and 4 have been posted. For Problems 1 and 2, I am aware that the files are currently for OPL3.7 and not OPL5.5. We will try to convert the files asap. For now, please use OPL3.7 from an Athena machine.
To start OPL3.7 on an Athena machine, type in the following commands at prompt (after the % sign):
% add oplstudio
% oplst&
For an idea of what changed between 3.7 and 5.5, search "Converting an OPL3.7 model" in the help documentation of OPL5.5. I have also posted a sample code from OPL3.7 for your reference on simple syntax.

Problem 2 files fixed
Hi Class,
With the help of several students, the files for Problem 2 are now fixed. I attached a set of corrected files submitted by Chris Marks. If you are using the student version of AMPL, you can use the file "bridge18_w_dat.mod" with the NEOS server online.
For problem 5, ignore the file pp2.com. For submission, just include the solution. You do not need to submit a plot of the solution.
Let me know if there are any other questions.
