Final questions + remaining HWs
Hey everybody,
As requested, I'll post the answer key (and sample code) to HW4. I'll be out of the country next week so it will be difficult for me to address any remaining questions you have about the final. Brian will have the remaining homeworks in case you couldn't pick them up before. Anywho, it's been greating working with all of you this semester! I'd really appreciate your feedback in course evaluations (what things you thought could improve or you found helpful in my teaching), most especially if you used to attend my recitations.
Good luck on the final!
Vikram

Few HW clarifications
Hey everybody, Here are a few clarifications to some questions
you guys had:
1. Problem I - We are asking you to complete up to (and including) a very specific puzzle, "Level 3-4, Lock and Lower" is the 10th puzzle of the "intro puzzles" category, NOT the "science puzzles" category, which is extremely difficult in comparison.
2. Problem IV.5 - The previous crystal structure was a monomer. I've now uploaded the correct dimer structure (file named "2gzh.mmol" on Stellar) to help you determine the "knobs and holes" packing of the coiled coils.
Best,
Vikram
