Pset 13

I have posted a new version of the document for pset 13. For the ones that were chosen, I tried to give you a better sense of what you need to do to get full credit. Don't hesitate to post on Piazza or email me if things are not clear.

I had started sending individual emails, but I realized it would be a more permanent solution if I updated the description.
