Project Drafts and Presentations
Dear all,I cannot believe the semester is almost over! Just a few clarifications about the next 2 weeks.
A) Project drafts are due on Thursday May 8th at 5pm. Drafts are *preliminary* write-ups of your work (not powerpoint presentations), i.e., they are a useful way to get a head start. Drafts are not graded.
B) Team presentations on May 13th and 15th. I will select 7 teams to present their work in the final 2 classes. Selections are based largely on the progress you have made in the draft from the initial proposal. I will announce the schedule of presentations on Friday (so you have the weekend to prepare).
C) Final projects are due on May 15th by 10:00 AM.
Let me or Sean know if you have any questions, take care and see
you tomorrow,
Alessandro

Article posted on Project status reporting and reading for Tuesday
Hi Class,On the back of our discussion around bluffing and the very trusting relationship between a project manager and the CEO Daniel Pelletier was kind enough to share a very interesting MIT Sloan review article called the pitfalls of project status reporting. I have posted it under readings for class 20 if you are interested, it’s not required reading. Also please read the Krugman article under class 21 before Roberto's guest lecture Tuesday.
Have a great weekend,
Sean
