Quiz 2

Dear Class,

For the second quiz, which will be in class 9:30am-11:00 am on Wednesday, April 23rd, calculators are allowed but computers and communication devices, such as iphones, smartphones, are not allowed. The quiz is open-book and open note, but is an individual effort and no collaborations are allowed in the classroom. There will be no questions about absorption on the quiz.

Quiz 2 review

Dear Class,

We have decided that it would be best to have a quiz review in class on Wednesday where we all work through a past quiz together. We will still have the session on Friday at 10:00 am where you can come with more specific questions. Quiz review session on Friday will be held at 10:00 am at 1-242.

Quiz Office hour

Hi All,

Prof. Ratilal and I will hold an additional one-hour office hour session tomorrow to help you prepare for the first in-class quiz. This session will be between 3:30 and 4:30 pm at Room 5-212.

Quiz 1

Hi All,

We will have the first in-class quiz next Wednesday. This quiz is open-book and open-notes. Calculators are allowed but computers and communication devices, such as ipad, smart-phones, are not allowed.

PS: Problem Set 4 will be handed out with solutions on Wednesday this week to you as a practice problem set. We will also provide you a practice quiz 1 with solutions for your quiz preparation.
