Last day to top off your Stellar Forum posts

Dear class, Just a frienly reminder that posting on the Stellar Forum is part of the course requirement as noted in the syullabus. At least one post in each module. This is the last day you can do that and have it count in your grade, in case you haven't already filled that requirement.
Have a great spring break!
(Inclusive, buen viaje a bonita Colombia!)

Class and recitation tomorrow

I have posted lecture notes for class tomorrow. Regarding the homework, we will discuss Question 2 in class, while Queston 1 will be discussed in recitation (5:30-7:00). I urge you all to come to recitation, where the discussion of Question 1 will be led by Mike Walsh, SVP in charge of acquisitions for Boston Properties. Please come prepared to engage in the discussion actively with Mike. Please post questions to the Forum.

See you in class tomorrow. -DG.

Kevin Fagan's slides posted

I have posted the slides Kevin Fagan was going to use Feb.10, and he has included some explanatory comments in a few slides. Later I will also post some Q&A I have had by email with Kevin. The "solution" to HW1 is also posted, and we will go over HW2 in class today (be prepared to discuss your answers in class), and I will post answers to HW2 in a slide deck after class today. Don't forget to fulfill the class participation requirement of posting at least one query to the Forum in each module. You don't have to do this before the end of the module, and your post can be in the form of a substantive or astute answer or response to another student's question ("topic"). We encourage students to respond to other students and to enter into the pre-existing threads. Please take some time to go over the Forum threads as they can be quite educational (because of how smart this class is!).
