Problem Set 1: correction
There is an error in problem 1.4 (PSSA 3.5), part 3. Show
E_y(\omega) =
[R_{H} B] J_{x}(\omega), instead of E_y(\omega) =
[R_{H} B]^{-1} J_{x}(\omega). Thanks Markus for pointing it
out.

Problem Set 1: Extension and Clarification
Problem Set 1 is now due on Feb. 17th (Tuesday) in class. We
are having class next Tuesday since it is running Monday
(Presidents Day)'s schedule. You are also welcome to turn it in
tomorrow in class.
Also a clarification/hint on problem 1 (a)/ PSSA 2.3: c and c* can be taken as independent variables in the calculation. This is equivalent to taking the real and imaginary part of c as independent variables.
