15.S09 - Final Exam Procedure

The final exam will be posted on Stellar for you to download at 1:30PM Eastern, and must be TURNED IN BY 4:30 eastern. Late exams will be penalized. Procedures for emailing us the final will be on the cover sheet of the exam.

We will be having an optional review session for Corporate Boards from noon to 1pm on May 18 in E62-250. This review session is a valuable overview of the course, and will help refresh some concepts before the final exam.

We have posted some new resources on Stellar for those who want to dig in a little further. These include The Directors Manual: A Framework for Board Governance; and, The Director's Handbook: Your Duties, Responsibilities and Liabilities, copies of both of which are on hold in the library. We have also included a glossary of corporate governance terms.
