Information:
Digital images as two-dimensional signals. Digital signal processing theories used for digital image processing, including one-dimensional and two-dimensional convolution, Fourier transform, discrete Fourier transform and discrete cosine transform. Image processing basics. Image enhancement. Image Restoration. Image coding and compression. Video processing including video coding and compression. Additional topics including digital high definition television systems.

Final Project

If you wish to practice your presentation, I will be holding my office hours next week as usual.

FInal Project
Hi All,I send this e-mail as a friendly reminder about the project. You MUST turn in your project by April 28th (i.e. there will be no extensions).
You should turn in:
1) Your 4-page report. Print it in single-sided format and turn it
in during class on Thursday.
2) A version of your slides. Submit it through Stellar by before
class (11:00 AM) on Thursday. There will be an opportunity for you
to make minor changes afterwards.
If you have any questions let me know. I will be holding my office hours as usual tomorrow, at 3:00 PM.
