Beachhead Market Presentations tomorrow

Hey class!

Just a reminder that your beachhead market presentations are tomorrow in class. The template and example presentation are in the Resources folder. The presentation order will be same as last time (see previous announcements). Please send your presentations via email to me and Diego (mmaupin@mit.edu and diegosb@mit.edu) AT LEAST 2 hours before class. That deadline is Tuesday, May 1 at 5pm. Last time we know there were some last minute changes, but we want to make sure we have everything preloaded before class starts.

Market Analysis for Tuesday's class

Hi all!

Market Analysis is due on Tuesday 4/24. The presentation about the beachhead market is the following week and this assignment will directly play into that presentation. I have gotten a few emails about this content so wanted to share in detail what it is.You can find a detailed Word document in the Assignments under Market Analysis. Only one person needs to upload on behalf of the team.

What's coming up in the Beachhead presentation? Content should include:
1. Show market segmentation matrix
2. Summarize what you learned from their PMR
3. Describe what you chose as the Beachhead Market and why. Explain the weaknesses of the other possibilities relative to the BHM chosen.
4. One slide each on Disciplined Entrepreneurship Step #3, #4 and #5 as well.

See the Presentation Templates for an example of another team's larger Market Analysis/Beachhead Market presentation. If you need any additional help, I have a DE workbook you can look at and there are some copies in the Martin Trust Center. Of note specifically are: Step #1, the PMR chapter and Steps #3,4, and 5.
