The schedule for this week

Hi all,
Thanks for discussing the issue of class on Monday amongst yourselves! It sounds like the verdict was split between neutral and let's solve an opacity problem, so we'll meet on Monday at the usual time.

On Wednesday, we'll have a somewhat extended meeting, from 11-1:15, for final presentations. Each of you gets 20 minutes, which you should plan to divide between presentation and discussion. I'd personally recommend planning to talk for 10 minutes max, since things always take longer than you expect, and more time for discussion never hurts.

As always, if you have any questions, just let us know!

The plan for tomorrow

Hi all,
I hope you had a good marathon Monday! In class tomorrow, we will finish up discussing misapplication in English, comparing different affixes. If you have the handout from last Wednesday, please bring it- we'll discuss a portion of it, and I'll likely leave a portion of it aside for your own reading.

Time permitting, we'll then turn to misapplication within inflectional paradigms
