Quiz 3 Information

The first quiz of 6.041B and third quiz of the semester will take place on Thursday, April 25, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. in room 50-340.

The quiz will be closed-book, but you are allowed to bring three pages (8.5 x 11 inch paper) of notes to the exam. This should be preferably handwritten. Normal font size and spacing is expected if you want to bring a typeset sheet. The use of computing devices (calculators, laptops, smartphones, etc.) is not allowed (and is not needed).

The quiz focuses on the material in Lectures 13-18 and Problem Sets 8,9,10, but the core concepts from part A (e.g. Total Probability, Total Expectation, Conditioning) will naturally show up.

Two sets of practice quizzes have been posted on Stellar.

Holiday Weekend Office Hours

Office hours on Tuesday, March 16 will be happening as usual from 4 PM to 8 PM.

I will not be holding my Monday office hours, but will try to monitor Piazza closely during my usual office hours time (Monday from 4 PM to 6 PM) in case anyone has questions.
