Hi All,

Turns out there was a permissions issue on Stellar that allowed me to see the materials but not to you. Thanks for brining this to my attention - its now fixed and you should all be able to see the lecture notes.

Problem sets 1 & 2 will be sent to you today by Efrain with due dates 1.5 & 3 weeks from today. Problem set 2 includes topics we did not cover directly in class as they are reviewed very well by the books. As always, please write to me if there's an issue and we'll discuss it in class.
