Subject Description:
Introduction to organic chemistry. Development of basic principles to understand the structure and reactivity of organic molecules. Emphasis on substitution and elimination reactions and chemistry of the carbonyl group. Introduction to the chemistry of aromatic compounds.

Dear Class,The average of the final exam is 191.90 and the standard deviation is 51.12. The scores are posted on Stellar, and you can email your recitation TA to find out the letter grade. The graded exams are available for viewing from Jan.3 at chemistry education office. You will be allowed to look through the exam, but won't be able to take it home.

Exam Regrading & Final Review Session
The regrading request is due next Monday(12/10) 1pm. Please hand in the requests to your recitation TA, and we'll try to give them back by the 12th. We're holding regular office hours this week, and the final review session next week on Friday(12/14) 6-10pm at 4-163. Please let me know if you have any question.
