Information:
Homework: There will be (roughly) 10 problem sets due mostly 5:00pm Fridays. You should typeset or scan your homework and upload the pdf file on Stellar. Each homework will be graded out of 100pts. No late homework will be accepted. Instead, the lowest homework grade will be dropped.
You are encouraged to work together on the problem sets, but you MUST write up your own solutions. If you do work with others in the class, please list them somewhere at the top of the problem set.
Exams: There will be four quizzes (September 26, October 19, November 14 and December 7). Each exam is cumulative. There will be no final exam.
Grading: Homework 100pts, 4 quizzes (75pts, 100pts, 100pts, 125pts respectively) and participation
