Last Day to Submit Reimbursement Forms

Just a reminder that Friday will be the last day to submit forms for reimbursement! 

Please put them in my Sloan mail folder (in the lobby of E52) or in my LFM folder (in the LFM offic in E40) by noon on Friday.  I will check both folders at noon.  To get the reimbursement forms and instructions, go to http://stellar.mit.edu/S/course/15/sp07/15.783J/materials.html and scroll to the bottom.

PDD 2007 - Debriefing class tomorrow with Pizza!

just a quick reminder that we will have food for our last class session tomorrow at 1 p.m. 

We will use the session to take a step back and review what has happened over the past three months.

PDD 2007 - Bus to RISD leaves tomorrow at 7:30 a.m.!

If you are taking the bus from MIT to RISD tomorrow (5/12) morning, below is the information about the trip:
 
DEPARTURE FROM MIT:  7:30 am
WHERE:  The bus will be parked in front of building E51 (the same building where class is held)
COST:  $2 per person (please try to bring $1 bills to avoid everyone needing change)
 
DEPARTURE FROM RISD:  Immediately following the closing remarks from the day
WHERE:  TBD based on where the bus can park at RISD
 
Please be on time for departure from MIT since we need to arrive at RISD by 8:45.
 
If you did not submit your name on the survey, feel free to join us on the bus.  We have room for more if you choose to come with us at the last minute.

As annouced in class today, the schedule for the Final Gala on Saturday is now posted on the stellar course website.

CHEAP transportation to RISD for PDD presentations

Subject: CHEAP transportation to RISD for PDD presentations

PDD Class,
 
The PDD faculty has generously agreed to subsidize the bus transportation to RISD on Saturday.  As a result, the cost to you to ride the "cheap bus" will now be just $1 or $2 AT THE MOST!  Please fill out the very brief survey below so we can get a commitment on the number of people who want to ride the bus.
 
Please complete the survey by 12:00 PM (noon) tomorrow (Thursday - 5/10) so the bus reservation can be made and details on the schedule shared with the class on Thursday.
