Information:
A detailed exposition of the principles involved in designing analog circuits in MOS LSI.
Topics include device physics, small and large signal models, biasing, basic circuit building blocks, operational amplifier design, large signal considerations and principles of switched capacitor networks.
A comprehensive design project is a required part of the subject. 4 Engineering Design Points.

As announced in class today, if you cannot hand in a hardcopy of your project report to 39-553A by 5pm tomorrow (when Prof. Lee will leave) you should email him (hslee@mtl.mit.edu) with an electronic copy by that evening.
