Code for weekly tutoring grades

To record the full picture of tutoring attendance, the weekly tutoring entry will be encoded as a 2-decimal place number, such as 2.31, where each digit has an independent meaning.  The integer digit, 2, is the actual credit received by the student, where 2 is the maximum.  (A student can earn the 2 points either by attending two or more 25-minute tutoring sessions, or by receiving automatic credit by having a score on the previous quiz that was above the weekly tutoring cutoff.)  The 3 indicates that the student actually attended 3 sessions, and the 1 indicates that the student received automatic tutoring credit.  Note that only the integer part, 2 in this example, has any relevance to your grade.
