Please return toolboxes + tools at Death Test

Hi everyone,

Congratulations and great job today! It's been a pleasure working with you over the last 14 weeks. All your hard work clearly showed today and I hope you are as proud of your work as we are!

Just a quick reminder, please return your tools + toolbox during your lathe's death test time slot (if you can't make it or forget to bring it, drop it off with Paul before the end-of-day Friday). I believe your notebooks are also available for pickup from Paul - if not quite yet, they will be within the next 24 hours.

Last, remember that subject evaluations close on Monday - we'd love to have any feedback you'd like to give.

Thanks for a great semester!

Repeatability includes Z-axis (length!)

We've gotten a few questions about this, so to clarify - your repeatability testing should include both axes... a useful lathe is one that can make repeatable cuts in both diameter and length.

No actuator lecture, focus on lathes

Hi everyone,

Given the responses we received on Friday, we've decided to cancel the actuator lecture tomorrow. It seems this extra time will be very valuable to many groups in order to wrap up testing/tweaking and prepare your lathes to run smoothly and safely at competition.

Supply Reimbursements by MAY 15th!

Hi folks,
This is a reminder that I need your itemized receipts for reimbursement if you purchased supplies for your group over the course of 2.72. I need your receipt, full name, and date that it was purchased.

Things that have been returned will not be reimbursed.

Thank you,
Sarah
