Final Oral Presentations
Hi all, I just wanted to make a few minor points about next week's presentations:1) Please email your final slides to me by 12:30 PM on your presentation day: you'll be using my computer to present for expediency and consistency, and I want to make sure everything can open and run properly before you start.
2) Here is the finalized list of presentation times, in case you
forgot:
Monday:
1:05-1:35 - Andrew
1:35-2:05 - Jasmin
2:05-2:35 - Devin
2:35-3:05 - Kelly
3:05-3:35 - Emily
Tuesday:
1:05-1:35 - Anna
1:35-2:05 - Anton
Odds are, though, that we'll fall behind schedule at some point (especially for the Monday section). As you know, you aren't supposed to see anyone else's presentation if you haven't already gone, so when you arrive please wait in the locker area by John Dolhun's office until I come get you. In the event of a significant delay (more than, say, 10-15 minutes), I'll send you an email to let you know.
Good luck (not that any of you will need it)!
-Sam

Preparing for Experiment 6 (and 7)
Sorry for the late notice on this, and I won't test you on this content until the following week, but I would strongly recommend pre-reading the NMR background section of the lab manual before experiment 6 this week if you aren't too familiar with how it works, since tomorrow/Thursday's experimental procedure will require a lot more fluency in the material than the previous ones did.Announced on 17 February 2020 6:08 p.m. by Samuel Joshua Kaser
