a long introduction then explain it in exhaustive detail.

\item Never let on if you agree with the Chair.

\item Loudly let everyone know when you disagree with the Chair.

\item Debug every idea at the meeting.

\item Reiterate at every meeting a list of everything that has not yet
been done.

\item Lose you temper

\item Refuse to compromise.

\item Refuse to believe that someone else might have a good idea, even
if it does not agree with yours

\item Have side conversations -- loudly, if possible.

\item Act bored.

\item Never speak unless you want to argue .

\item Intimidate users, especially if they want to spend our money.

\item Act superior.

\item Insist on your right to speak at any time, for any length of time.

\item Don't volunteer.

getting it approved.

\item Make sure that you let the Chair know, as tactlessly as possible
and down to the smallest detail, everything you think the Chair is doing
wrong.

\item Complain whenever you think enough is not being done.

\item Never volunteer.
