If you want to print your document ``sideways,'' with the text running parallel to the long edge of the paper, simply include
\special{landscape}
in the preamble of your document. You also need to set the margins to
correspond to this new paper size (11x8.5 inches instead of 8.5x11
inches)--see section 
for details on changing
them.
