Setting Page Layout Parameters

LaTeX uses many parameters to layout a page. These parameters set the distance between the main text and margin notes, headers, and footers, among other things. To change the value of one of these parameters, you can use the \addtolength commands described in subsection gif. Figure gif shows the layout for a printed page reduced to 65% of full size.
