Getting started.

This all needs lots of updating so I'll just note some of the
NewFeatures and update the dataset later...

Remember that dbm files are not compatible across sunos/linux;
however, referencing /server=backup will force a text dump which can
be loaded later with recover. (Note however that the server is using
simple files for the moment, which are portable...)

We'll need at least one WikiRenderTest page, and extend it as we
develop features.

While I'm here I'll also set up a generic TodoList.

A sample converted version of my HomePage is under construction too.
