I've seen some problems with long documents, but only when using linux
and emacs w3 to test, so it may be an emacs bug; in any case, here's a
VeryLongTestPage containing the html rfc. (Note that the raw page is
146K and you're probably on the wrong side of a 3K/sec link from
it... and fetching it seems to make the server get *very* large, over
5M, which makes sense in retrospect and probably needs fixing...)

FormsWithHtml are inconsistent across browsers *if* you do them wrong;
quoting saves them...

perl5 is cool, and simplifies the code greatly... especially when it works...
