This locker contains a build of galeon 1.2.9, a mozilla-based web
browser with a lightweight user interface.  This version was chosen
instead of 1.2.12 (the current 1.2.x) because it is the most recent
version which uses the Mozilla 1.2 API rather than Mozilla 1.3, and
Athena 9.2.9 includes a build of Mozilla 1.2.
