most of the recent development is in the lxc/ subdirectory, building it all in a container.

within the lxc/ subdirectory:

lots of foo-build prerequisite-building scripts which generate tarballs.

Update latest-versions.sh after building them.

then at the top level, driver.sh, which uses the above-generated tarballs.
restart-from-snapshot is useful for debugging on driver.sh, not having to reinstall the container from scratch.
