Dear Teacher,\\

Thanks for volunteering to teach a SIPB IAP class this year!  To improve our offerings 
and how we handle IAP in general, we'd like to have these evaluations distributed and 
completed the last five minutes of your last class.  These evaluations will focus on 
the class and IAP in general, and will not cover your teaching methods (so breath easy :) \\

Please ask your students to fill out the evaluation, explain that this will directly 
affect how we run IAP next year, and write the following on the board: \\

Ask them to have one person either drop off the envelope in our office (W20-557), where 
the SIPB IAP sucker will go through them, or drop the envelope into an Interdepartmental 
maildrop.  We encourage you to tell them you'll be outside if they have any questions 
about the class (so that way anyone who might have questions will still take the time to 
do the survey, and no one feels too nervous because the teacher is still in the room). \\
