The song selector allows access to and modification of the song
database, where gdam stores beat info and other extended information
about songs.  

Songs can be searched by title.  To add new songs to the database, 
use the "build database" button to launch the database builder.  To
preserve this information, type a name in the save entry box and click
the "save database" button.  ~/.gdam/song.database is a good location,
as gdam will automatically try to load that file at startup.  However,
any file can be specified to gdam-launcher with the --database flag.

Standard song information (length and bpm) are displayed in the columned 
list.  By clicking on the "BPM" and "Filename" column headers, the list
will become sorted by those values.  The list is also a drag source; using
the second or third mouse button, selected song(s) can be dragged onto 
a turntable or other component.  Extended song information is 
displayed for the song selected, and any key=value pair can be added
to the song's information.  If you don't want a song in the database,
use the "remove song" button, and don't forget to save your database.
