Procedures to perform Seed PLS:

- Extract voxel for behavior measure:

  1.	Select Seed: Save a selected voxel's XYZ value into voxel
	location file. (X Y Z should be on one row). Remember lag
	number if it is an fMRI result.

  2.	Output behav data: Click Multiple Voxel Extraction under
	Windows menu. Select the above voxel location file name,
	and then select a PREFIX for saving files.

  The behavior measure is generated in 2 ways:

  A.	In terms of 'datamatprefix_MODULE_behavdata.txt' format.
  B.	In terms of 'PREFIX_MODULE_grp_subj_behavdata.txt' format.


- Use the extracted behavior measure:

  If you are using the same datamat and select the same conditions,
  you can use behavior data in format A:

  1.	Run Behav PLS: Run behav PLS with original datamat. Make sure
	you select the same conditions from 'Deselect Conditions' in
	'Deselect' menu. Choose 'Modify Behavior Data' in 'Deselect'
	menu, and browse the behavior data in format A.

	For fMRI result, only the behav measure that corresponded
	to the remembered lag number is useful. (Note: the lag #
	started from 0, and the behav # started from 1)

  Otherwise, you have to use format B:

  1.	Modify datamat: For each datamat pair, load corresponded
	session file in the Session Info window, click "Input Seed
	PLS Behav Data and Modify Datamat" submenu under "Datamat"
	menu. Click Browse and load the corresponding behav data.

  2.	Run Behav PLS: Run behav PLS with the modified datamat.

	For fMRI result, only the behav measure that corresponded
	to the remembered lag number is useful. (Note: the lag #
	started from 0, and the behav # started from 1)
