Problems with a Serial Number

If your serial number does not allow you to access VMware GSX Server, please verify the following:

Did you enter the serial number correctly?
Is the serial number valid for your host platform and VMware product? Each serial number is specific to the host operating system (such as Windows or Linux) and the VMware product (such as VMware Workstation or VMware GSX Server).
Has your serial number expired? When the serial number expires, you are prompted to enter a new serial number. You may not necessarily see a message indicating the reason why you must enter a new serial number.
