At the time, I vehemently objected because of the fact that tildes aren't universally represented the same way around the world. Since many people (especially including me) are skeptical of any statement without supporting evidence, I figured I'd pass on the latest example I've seen. The URI posted to the mailing list was: http://funnelweb.utcc.utk.edu/~tkoosman/boxlinks.html Here's the response from someone in England.
