We are not currently distributing code to TransWeb. Mostly this is because
it is gross, bloated, and a waste of system resources. :-)

If we ever decide to distribute the code, we'll make a point of mentioning
it on the TransWeb homepage. This is actually somewhat likely; I'm in the
process of rewriting TransWeb from scratch to be much more efficient; when
I'm done, I plan to release the code for noncommercial use.
